Hiking trails with waterfalls, sandy beaches with fresh water to play in, miles of untouched shoreline in beautiful parks, oceans and razor clamming, skiing in winter, fishing, casinos, Seattle, a zillion wonderful micro-brewers, wineries  ... we would ski in the morning, drive down the mountain and take our dog to the beach on the river and play in the sun all afternoon.

@Tim Fitzgerald  to funny I know Dave Del Dotto  he has two wineries in the Napa valley one right across the street from my house.. ( moved a few years back) but when I lived there I would go over and end of he day share a bottle of cab with him and he would regale me in lore of yesteryear.. he has killed it in the premium wine business though and if you ever to out to Napa do check out his wineries the one on Atlas peak by my house has great caves and he does experimenting with different kinds of barrels and barrel tops.. to create some interesting blends..

:-D Dave Del Dotto was the first infomercial person to do it form the beach in Hawaii with beach babes on each armand yes he made Millions teaching.. and then rolled those millions into high end wineries in the Napa valley at the right time.one was right across the street from my house on Atlas peak ..

Not to mention, it is in a PRIME location in DFW, and the city is known for festivals, wineries, parks, and a massive lake we live about 1 mile from.I LOVE THIS HOME, and I bought it for my babies, but they are no longer with me, and I have some debt, but expect to pay it all off once my business gets going.
