They are a private company so you will never see the financials and have no idea how strong or weak that actual warranty really is.As to the funds I mention, yes there are a few, some right in your neighborhood that lend to performing borrowers, have also paid consistent monthly returns, all 1st trust deeds, shorter lockup, etc.

Since September communications have been weak at best though. 

Weak agents are washing out of the industry.

Maybe renovation costs get blundered so the spread is too weak, but the appreciation and refi potential is there.

But appreciation is generally very weak in areas you can get better than the 1% rule.

The realtor was very kind and pick me up at the airport and took me directly there the next morning we went into the construction, it’s about three months out, to see the unit which was in the back, I wanted to see what kind of view it had.
