Hi, to build your end buyers list, one thing you can do is put a sign infront of the house you have under contract saying something like "MUST SELL-CHEAP HANDYMAN SPECIAL CALL NOW XXX-XXX-XXXX" Also put a sign down on the corner of the block with an arrow pointing in the direction of the house!!!

I also have RE agents on my buyers list, that are looking for properties for their cash buyer/investors.You can also post on Craigslist, stating that you are looking for cash buyers in XXX (city) for several upcoming wholesale deals.
