The city is also making large pushes in zoning to incentivize investors and developers to focus on this community.

I have drafted plans for covered patios and decks in Coronado, City and County of SD.

There are city groups all over the nation so you can meet up with your local BIA family members once a month. 

While I can imagine some cities might be against "boarding houses" or enforce their "brothel law" I can't imagine too many cities would be supportive of it. 

Same w/ the folks down at planning & zoning, they're super helpful. i'm in knoxville so happy to talk property specifics. sounds like a cool play. you'll be fine as an owner occupant and city STR rules.
