@Sam Parr the major impact that we were seeing was a huge drop in new listings, and many properties were being withdrawn from the MLS because sellers didn't want to seem desperate to sell in a time like that.However, this is rapidly changing and we're already seeing a strong return to the previous market as everybody who was waiting to sell or buy is flooding back into the market.

Also if they want to follow how AI would create RE price explosion follow where Huang and Sam Altman purchase their home and vacation home (the latter purchased in Russian Hills in SF and Kona lol)

Hi Sam, If the property is priced well and there is an expectation of a handful of offers that you would be competing against, it may be helpful to work with a lender can issue an expedited commitment on the loan within 24-28 hours of getting into contract.
