Hello, I’m looking for some information on Investors that might be interested in purchasing a mobile home.

Purchase price: $200,000 Cash invested: $30,000 Single Family Residence holding on to.

I currently own one property, and I’m planning to purchase another.

As a foreign investor, I can get financing up to 80% for the purchase of real estate, so the biggest problem for a more serious project is down payment if you have a solution for down payment, please suggest me.

Do you know is it different today with the idea behind "subject to" purchasing in IL?  

I have a followup question - I will realize a lot of capital gain from this home in Idaho, so I think unless I purchase a new primary residence I will have to pay that capital gains tax.
