To pull this off, you may want to use social media platforms to find your next great deal.But how do you utilize these platforms to find real estate sellers who are motivated to work with you?

For us that more or less translates to using a tenant facing CRM platform.

Louis, Memphis, and Birmingham offer a good balance of affordability and rental demand, while online platforms, auctions, and networking with local agents can help you find undervalued properties.

In the meantime though, I'd try to just actively build your platform here on Bigger Pockets and just casually connect with people. 

If you want a more accurate estimate for rent, use any platform and zoom into your local neighborhood and see what similar properties are advertised for rent.
