I used the contact us page to try to get in touch with BP support and initially got a response but haven’t heard back in 2 weeks now despite sending 4 follow up emails.

There were weekly group video phone calls that despite usually only having 5-10 people online I could never get a question answered leaving me to believe they were pre recorded.

Does anyone have experience with banks that offer these without fees? 

I make around 500 calls per week.

There's at least a couple a week spread out around Houston.

I don't know about you but I am constantly on the hunt for consistency, consistency of income, of deals, of productivity, in my relationships...so that's my focus in all things not just real estate.So my vision to your question is a a state of total consistency of income and deals.I'm focused on the basics, which to drive me is even more specifically "making offers."  

It helps estimate ARV, rehab costs, and potential returns and offers funding options.

We would like to offer our tenants this cool amenity.

Agree with others that you will probably need to lower the rent - suggest 5% every 2-4 weeks until activity picks up.
