It's really up to the individual investor (and their coach who helps them create their criteria and decision-making process.)

Best bet would be a “partnership” with a monied individual looking for a high risk/high return passive investment with you providing the “active” part.  

I faced numerous hurdles and stressful moments, but I persevered and built a successful approach.To tackle this challenge, I recommend starting early by building relationships and seeking investors.

I contacted Buildium and they confirmed they do not offer credit card tracking, but offered a workaround which was to set up a credit card as a bank account, and when there is a balance it's just always negative in the bank account, and this would allow you to track individual purchases like it was a checking account.  

When we built up the triplex, we set it up so that each of the 11 rooms can be rented out individually (all BR, except 2, have their own bathroom behind an electronically locked door).

I invested 6 figures about a year ago, and only got one distribution and that was only after numerous calls and emails. 

In other words, individual policyholders are subsidizing the losses. - Inefficiency with payouts and administration will be compounded as the FAIR Plan has zero experience with a major pay out and lack infrastructure of assessors and technology to distribute the funds they don’t have.

So far I got only individuals with a rent limit of 1200-1600is it  common to let  2 - 3 individuals who don't know each other rent the house?
