Whereas, in Mexico and the Dominican Republic, your income is in USD but your costs are in pesos and these costs are very low to top it off.Also, because real estate is traded in USD in their countries, the well-to-do Mexicans and Dominicans are using property as their store of value of choice against the devaluation of the peso.

This park is on the US & Mexican border.

Could be for a restaurant, night club, music venue, etc.

I am a current restaurant owner who is looking to become eventually full time real estate investor.

@Kevin Sobilo I’ve done something similar with a restaurant where I was buying $50 gift certificates for $45 and then charged my B&B guests more.

Reminds me of Austin a bit with all the live music, breweries, art shows, restaurants, downtown area (of course beach area too), amazing new Pier, etc.  

Like replacing remodeling a restaurant you purchase with new interior, grills, fryers and coolers... you are investing in the long term of your business.  

There are nice restaurants 10 minutes away by foot, and a developing scene.
