I recently found a property driving for dollars.

I’ve just recently become interested in RE investing and have been looking for ideas.

It's good for me in a way as I'm able to sell some properties I've just bought for literally double, but that also means now I have tons of cash sitting on the sidelines looking for deals that are no longer there.I just bought a property downtown Houston. 

I recently found BP through podcasts and it is exactly what I’ve been looking for.

I've just been wondering if I'm using the wrong agents or if it's just this market.

I've just been pre approved for my loan, and am  beginning to look for a property.

Honestly, I think I've just gotten lucky on my deals as I don't think I'm smart enough to have had the success I've had (being dead serious)

I've just used a google search in the past when finding it.

I recently found a tenant prior to closing and tenant moved in the day they closed.

I am worried about inflation, the last couple of years I've just parked it in my savings account, which is obviously just losing buying power year after year due to inflation.
