I don't know if I'll ever make any money off of them and I don't plan to because I just love collecting but my kids or grandkids my enjoy my early 80's card collections and my signed footballs and stuff.

I have played many sports and many for years, football, baseball, basketball, soccer, golf, swimming and water polo.

all the properties around the neighborhood are selling for that amount anyways so i kinda look at it as selling the house to myself, is this a fantasy or would it  actually work like that?

The college draws in at top dollar for events like football games and graduations etc.

Demand will only keep getting bigger as we bring things like football to town and more entertainment events etc.

I'm a college football junkie!
