None of this is worth an ounce of energy or thought.

All of this at $0 cost, just some time, energy and effort. 

You'll have to operate at peak efficiency to make good money, which means more time, stress, and headache. 

Referrals are by far the most efficient, economical and profitable way to do business.

So in my opinion, it teaches me how to use short-term leverage to build an income snowball...then once I get an efficient and ever-increasing machine...I pivot that into getting more long-term assets (using safe, long-term leverage). 

A class property is great but doesn't make sense if you're looking to scale efficiently. 

For me they've been a great source of ideas, resources, energy, and comradery.

Both can save time and improve efficiency, depending on how hands-on you want to be. 

DLP Housing fund and DLP Building communities fund = They are suppose to be really tax efficient but I am considering using the solo 401k as an investment vehicle.
