What will it do to you psychologically to stay in the deal vs bailing?    

The “grass is greener” psychology is strong on BP and the irony can be rich at times.

I really disliked their interface and the colors.

We removed 4 walks (including load baring), installed 2 walls, added half bath, replaced all plumbing and electrical, added new eye brow porch, painted full exterior (changed color), replaced all flooring, new bathroom and kitchen layout with everything replaced (shower, cabinets/vanity, counter, appliances, etc), stocked with new furniture, added mini split, removed gas/wood fireplace and added a new electrical fireplace, and placed initial STR tenant in 2 months and 1 week.  

If you got the emotional and mental psychology to invest-- you'll be great.Now, financially.

All bets are off in some jurisdictions if you refuse to rent based on race, color, etc.

The texture does cover a lot, and has imperfections already.This guy said how hard it would be to match the paint color and he would have to feather the paint out on either side of the repair.I had a crazy idea to try to do this myself, too.

The browner the color, the longer it lasts.

The overwhelming psychology is to just charge it to owner.
