A lot of our areas are well below the poverty level so there isn't an abundance of cash flow.

And credit is abundant for well qualified investors..

Sky commuting would create such an abundance that the commute would cease to be a factor in price.My later thought, in the early 2000s, was that Marriott should stand up an air service using Moller's any-day-now flying car, as they had both the real estate for landing pads (parking lots or rooftops) and the clients who want to go to those locations.

Account Closed says we do have a current abundance of student oriented (Resort Type) properties.My properties are SFR, and my prime tenant are typically people with Kids, based on Schools, bedrooms, locations, etc.

The barrier to entry there is way lower than Fort Lauderdale / Miami and deals seem to be more abundant from the research I have done.  

It cash flows well and is a great asset, although that was 2010 so deals were abundant back then!
