(Obviously, there are circumstances that suggest to exit a property - other than to cash out - and those provide valid reasons.)I think SFR under 250k are like bitcoin - there is a finite amount, they cannot be made anymore.

Well its happened. Property Coin is tokenizing fix and flip CA residential. The new coin offering starts in a few days at $50 a pop. They plan on raising 50 million to start up and splitting fix and flip profits 50/50...

@Jay @Jay AdamsundefinedI agree that the calculation is easy and I am all for additional revenue streams, but if I am really looking for another revenue stream I would invest the money in the stock market, or buy notes with it, or bitcoin
