This is actually the hottest market in America IMO.With that level amount of money you have to play big and do NOT think small ( i am still small investor LOL)

I already explained to you that the appreciation people use in their pro formas come from the fastest growing major cities in America which coincidently also crashes the hardest during downturns.

As far as a specific bank recommendation,  it looks like Mountain America Credit Union has a couple of branches in the surrounding area and I personally like them.

This is America with all the freedoms we are blessed to have, so that means some may do things to their properties that others don't appreciate.
