My <500 ft studio apartment has been 90%+ occupied by MTR and the room we rent in my personal residence has been 80%+ occupied by MTR.

The macroeconomics here is rapidly growing - lots of population growth and job growth especially with the many companies moving and developing out here like Intel, Honda, Amazon, Google, Meta, etc.

Ohio and Pennsylvania have lots of older small multifamily that I do think is very suitable to house hack - sometimes you can buy a place with a studio or 1 BR that also has a 3 BR or a 4 BR, you live in the smaller unit and you rent out the larger unit. 

I don't know how the humidifiers are configured, but you might be able to put a small pump into each reservoir (search "automatic bilge pump" on amazon) and move the water into either a larger collection tank (think 55 gallon drum) or drain.

Multiple, billion dollar companies are investing heavy in our area, such as Intel, Google, and Amazon.

This is something that Landlord Studio does, too, and it's something I really miss.

If this is only one of a small amount of properties, invest in a dryer exhaust vent cleaning system off of Amazon.

I would stay away or be cautious when looking at studios and 1-br apts.

EX: studio can have a split system and a water meter with little trouble.
