All our current tenants are good and stable so right now we are very being very selective with who we want to bring in as new tenants.Oh, we did sign a lease with Cricket Wireless back in January (with a 40 locations operator and he personally guarantees the lease) so I have been feeling good about that deal.Great input/advise as always.

They usually use them for overseas travel and a local number there, but ask your wireless place.Google Voice is OK, but it comes in to your main number as a forward and I think having diff numbers is better?

I always put it off because I assume that cost of wiring would be a lot, especially when my buildings are about 100 yards from each other OR paying for a wireless service to provide the connectivity.
