One thing I would suggest is hand writing, think about it if you received a hand written envelop wouldn't you open it, also instead of sealing the envelop closed just tuck the flap on the inside..

The combo of stairs and mud room might block off the entry and make it feel smaller than it is being tucked off to the side.

I am going to tuck that one away and throw it back at you when you least expect it.

Also, rather than glue sealing my letters, I simply tucked in the flaps in order to increase open rates.

I would have had the drain line tucked closer to the wall.

Aly NA I have never used erentpayments but when I looked at their site it "seemed" like they had the same thing as ClearNow but it was sort of tucked away in the corner of their site.

The pest control company that removed it for us suspects the fawn had probably become sick and it's mother (mommy deer-est) probably tucked it under the deck for protection.
