One thing I would suggest is hand writing, think about it if you received a hand written envelop wouldn't you open it, also instead of sealing the envelop closed just tuck the flap on the inside..

The combo of stairs and mud room might block off the entry and make it feel smaller than it is being tucked off to the side.

Aly NA I have never used erentpayments but when I looked at their site it "seemed" like they had the same thing as ClearNow but it was sort of tucked away in the corner of their site.

The pest control company that removed it for us suspects the fawn had probably become sick and it's mother (mommy deer-est) probably tucked it under the deck for protection.

If I quit when things got tough, I would not be in the position I am in today.Once you learn the market, you will find plenty of good places to invest the 10k, until you get a good feel for it, keep it tucked away.Good luck!!
