Please stop asking us for "the best" zip codes to invest in.Detroit has around 183 Residential Neighborhoods - wouldn't it be nice if "some proprety mangagement company" Classified them all as A, B, C, or D on an interactive map that real estate investors could use to make better decisions?

I would say for a B class area it is going to be around 300k-400k for a duplex in good condition. 400k and up for A class @emily @Emily Shin

Well, I can say from my personal experience owning only A/B located properties, if you maintain all appropriate licenses, take care of your properties, and are responsive to your tenants its smooth sailings.
