When you do it in a market like this (I would use the term wallowing), you run the risk of having the slightest increase in inventory negatively affect your comps.In any market, you run the risk of a resentful appraiser taking umbrage with your profit.

This is how most of society views money, and in my opinion is the biggest impediment to financial success (hence why most of society doesn't have as much money as they want).I'm a big believer that anyone who understands basic financial principals and has an abundance mentality can easily achieve great financial success.Unfortunately, those two things are hard to come by in this society, and therefore most of society is wallowing in debt...
