Hey All, I saw this post recently about Home Builder Inventory being high, showing signs of a recession coming.

It wouldn't hurt to set up time to meet with agents, property managers, lenders, and others while you’re visiting your markets of interst.

I will post it on this thread.

A property will be marketed and may look great, when I visit the property, I can then share The Rest of the Story with the buyer.

My problem is coming up soon.. 

The idea is simple: purchase a property, live in one part, and rent out the rest to offset your mortgage or even generate profit.

I have a listing coming up that is Zoned R-2 in Denver.

How did you come to have expertise in the eviction rate in NJ?
