You need something tangible to appeal to people emotionally and viscerally as well as logically, so you need photos/videos to get people excited.

If consumers feel secure financially and with their jobs--save another external shock--I think housing markets will remain stable.The economy in general has a lot of areas that have to reach equilibrium (like housing inventory, unemployment, and supply chain issues) before the consuming public viscerally feels a trend that spooks them.
