So a deal that look great to one investor will look horrible to another and vice versa.

This kind of investing is usually short sighted and focused only on immediate returns without taking into considering long term vision and investment.Excellent point about trying to put Class C tenants into Class A properties and vice versa.The first one will create lots of vacancy, deferred maintenance, loss of rental income, increase in evictions etc. 

So someone that would be considered to be a "great" syndicator to say an aggressive investor, will look pretty awful to a conservative one (and vice versa).

I pay taxes and they are my servants (not vice versa).  

Would likely have to have a larger plot to account for growth vice a vertically- scaled arrangement (I'm thinking like condominium-style where the real estate is multi-story).

But I learned many moons ago when your the face or the captain of the ship U get the glory when it goes good but when things start to go bad its how one handles these times that really dictates..

My hope is that you reconnect with those beginning intentions, realize that you are the captain of your ship, and instead of trying to place blame when you experience a challenge, take ownership and learn from that challenge.

So something that looks great to one will look terrible to another and vice versa.As a conservative investor, I personally would never touch class C.
