I purchased a used superduty crewcab for about 30¢ per pound that lasted me 5 years and ran on veggie oil (I put 100k miles on it and sold it for about as much as I paid for it) I purchased a car at an auction for $400 and then spent $800 trying to fix it, and $300 to dispose of it. 

There is a small berry patch and veggie garden behind the house.

No good.One of my workers rents the other side of the duplex "cousin" lives in, and they've called the police on this "cousin" and her children multiple times for noise disturbances, threats (from the mother and her boyfriend), and vandalization (the kids ripped my my workers vegetable garden and threw the veggies onto his porch!).

A large building in Manhattan with a place on the top floor; a flat in Paris, Rome, Munich, Hong Kong and Singapore; A large chunk of land on Kauai where we can grow lots of fruits and veggies and build a subdivision...I can go on.

You don't want 25 hobbyists coming there if you can have 1 guy who wants to grow organic veggies to sell at the local farmer's market for $15/lb.

i would let them have one,, your tennant will think you are a real jerk if you say she cannot grow some veggies !

Eggs, Milk, Bologna, Bread, Veggies, butter..

So I stop by and drop veggies from the garden.

Or my kids get bored and pluck all your fruit and veggies off the vine before they're ripe.There's probably a million other scenarios like this that I haven't thought of.

I would allow picking of seasonal veggies from the garden.
