Throw pillows…Fake plants…These are needed to spruce up bedrooms, bathrooms and outdoor spaces.

This is what got my interest in real estate I need to plant in harvest. 

The CPA exam proves someone is capable of doing well but these people are yet green and like a young plant.

Try building a coal-fired power plant or nuclear power plant without tax credits.

One place that will soon become a rental market heaven is an area around Johnstown/ New Albany where a huge Intel plant is under construction with plans for thousands of employees, not to mention the contractors there now. 

Hopefully they moved on to a juice processing plant for culls.  

Our rates are going up because they are closing coal fired power plants and going for more green energy , which costs more . much more .

It'll take some time but I see Anthem and all around the plant growing significantly over the coming years, small multifam and sfh's may be a good buy up around there.

This not only helps me spread my money wisely but also eliminates the need for me to handle the day-to-day management tasks or hire someone to do so.Currently, I am investing in a mobile home park, several apartment complexes across the United States, and even a manufacturing plant.
