I've been dating someone new since April of this year, which has helped a lot after a lot of unhealthy behavior for around 2 years.  

In hindsight it's easy too see.I don't see any unhealthy development, at least not yet.

This is a non-starter for one parent because they shouldn't be charged anything to leave a house they deem unhealthy.

The vog (volcanic fog) here is worse than usual but the air quality according to the EPA fluctuates between "Good" and "Unhealthy" depending on the wind patterns. 

Over time the end result is that not only will the unhealthy housing market continue to suffer, but formerly healthy ones also fall into trouble, which is exactly what happened from 1930 - 1933.

@Kevin Keith BeckI agree that many investors have an unhealthy approach to dealing with GC's.

But an unhealthy market may very well tie the investor's hands.Expensive lesson learned!

It can turn into a vicious cycle if you borrow money to pay debt.Don’t get me wrong I understand why you are doing it and best of luck to you.Just seems like an unhealthy way for society to leverage credit imo.

The tenant has asked to terminate their lease because of the conditions, stating they are unhealthy for her and her pet.
