@Dominique Mickles Regardless of the List price ($40k), if the agreed upon sale price is $20k, and you have $20k sitting at home in a Tupperware container, There is a regulatory requirement that says if the asset purchased is more than $10k and someone pays using actual cash bills on the asset and not some form of electronic payment leaving a paper trail, it must be reported to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen).

It is the 1 in 5 cat owners that take in other strays, or they leave tupperware all over the yard for food/water and suddenly you have a feral cat colony in your yard pooping everywhere, scratching other peoples cars and making the way into your house.

If this is a personal IRA, as soon as you open any type of business and become self employed, you can convert it to a solo 401K.You could open a Tupperware or Mary Kay Cosmetics business and then convert your IRA, so long as you work the new venture as a real business, trying to make money!
