End of that relationship came when owner called us and expected us to go pick up their guy, who's truck broke down, and drive him to the house - and didn't want to pay us anything for this!

I had them drive past and refuse to stop even when a concrete truck was on the way.

So if the customer needs financing we can provide that , but rates are as high as hard money .Money is the fuel that keeps the machine moving , just like gas keeps my truck rolling . 

I currently use the two family cars we have to conduct these activities, and I am looking to buy a new vehicle that is more suitable (a truck) for the tasks that I have been doing.

They had pumper trucks at the river, and water trucks running back n fourth filling and refilling. 

They wont let a diesel truck operate in the state with an engine over 10 years old , because of emissions .
