For my I recommend regarding the book traction and creating a one page business plan.

But we’re starting to see this program gain traction along the Front Range especially with lower income tenants and properties.

By the time they research and go down all the rabbit holes of different strategies, never sticking to one in order to gain traction, they get exhausted, throw their hands up and never take any real substantive action.Pick something and go with it, all the way to its conclusion.  

It took a little time for all of ours to gain some traction early on. 

Investors can always benefit from working with someone who knows how to align opportunities with specific strategies.Are there particular types of properties or investment strategies you’ve seen gaining traction in the Seattle area lately?

Social media is relying on reach.Unless you have huge following,  it is hard to get traction in a reasonable amount of time.
