@Ben Leybovich already stalks me on the phone and I can't imagine the torture of his ugly mug popping up on my screen every 30 seconds...not to mention that it might make @Brandon Turner jealous.  

I am definitely needing mentorship, in hopes to gain enough courage to finally stop torturing myself and begin my dream.

Heck; my general feeling (having  been through the torture of the program) is that seasoned landlords should also avoid it like the flu.If you remain interested in this program try to find a landlord in your area who is familiar with your local housing authority that oversees the program; they can provide valuable information on how easy or challenging it is to work with the inspectors and caseworkers in your particular program.Good luck!

If I HAD found human remains or a torture chamber I probably would have titled the post "Human remains found during inspection" or "Torture Chamber, Duplex" In my opinion, the above is disturbing.. not creepy.The possibility of taking a shower and having someone peeping through a hole in the ceiling is creepy in my opinion. 

And if it's vote harvesting, than as everything goes to hell in a hand basket, they will have more hand-outs for those problems, to harvest yet more votes, and on and on the cycle goes of the ignorant empowering their torturer.  

This self-torture is not recommended.To make it more complicated still, other factors may come into play such as prior suspended losses from this property or other investments or maybe (albeit not very likely) the net investment income tax surcharge.

For example, I noticed the fences of the local houses had always looked terrible and had been tortured by the Texas summer sun.
