They tend to have better bones and better quality construction...but I hate the bathrooms that comes in teal, pink, yellow, green, blue...I have nine bathrooms in various properties covering the entire rainbow color spectrum.I am seeking advice on two things.First, most of these bathroom have the integrated ceramic soap dishes, tooth brush holders.

A traveling sales man can probably store boxes of toothbrushes and brushes in the garage without any unreasonable concern as he sells the inventory on a route, a bit of judgment applies, certainly he can't store lawnmowers in crates or bathroom fixtures or gas welding supplies.

The investor has a clock ticking on costs whereas in the case of the homeowner client, they only want the speed out of convenience to "bring their toothbrush" moreover than worrying about holding costs so this penalty/bonus works much better with flipper clients.Where were you when I needed a good contractor Bruce?!

did not read all the replies, but if you were close in the area, i'd say "you backed out too soon". since you are far away and the seller/BP member clearly knew that, you are correct to feel uneasy. note to the seller/BP member - dont advertise as "turn key" if stuff still needs to be done to the house. turn key in most peoples minds means "i unlock the door and put my toothbrush in the medicine cabinet.

The meters use rational numbers to describe irrational numbers; you can get really really close but very difficult to be absolutely precise (always going to have a +/- tolerance).As others have pointed out, if the meter ticked over ever time 'any' water moved through the system, every hand wash, glass of water, tooth brushing would get dinged.
