When I was 22 I had to move from my home town to Las Vegas in pursuit of HVAC trade school.

The house is only in my name at this point, which was intentional when we married, and when we moved out of it as a primary residence to hopefully avoid ex’s gotta financial pursuits.

To some degree it's always speculation, and to other degrees the risk profile situates itself for it.It's just what are your intentions & pursuits.

The setup felt like a personal connection all in pursuit of getting your business.  90% of it was done by AI and the other 10% came when a live rep was available.

Of course you can manage for this and set aside funds however I suspect the risk and loss factor was/is far greater than the sponsor realized when they go in for this noble pursuit of helping homeowners save their homes..

It seems with that strategy the property won’t cash flow, but I’d have less cash in the deal...Strategy aside, is there any other tax concerns or benefits I should be considering with this pursuit?

The more active you are in the pursuit of obtaining a property, the more attention the agent is likely to pay you.

Seriously, greed for money and/or overzealous pursuit of money works hand in hand.

In my heart I had felt a strength because I truly believe in pursuing the American dream and in the pursuit of happiness.

There is no doubt, that, if maximizing the quality of my life experiences including luxury dining, entertainment, and/or the pursuit of a job in high finance, I would consider New York.fortunately, I prefer running, mountain biking, taking my kid to the pool, and reading her books by our fire.These activities do not give NYC an advantage.But I also would not bet against New York.
