There was actually even an Airbnb on Meharry Boulevard that was targeted by thieves while guests were inside.I have found some great returns for clients in transitioning areas but would say it seems to be a bit too risky for the time being.

They are thieves and liars too, they take your 1st months rent and security deposit, then move tenants into very dirty property that they say they cleaned and repaired. 

I don't reward thieves by handing them more money, but that may be the right answer for you since you aren't sure how to move forward.In the future, you should consider hiring a professional property manager.

A large percentage of coaches are downright thieves.

I am just one person with one experience but I will tell you in my experience the property managers I've dealt with have been the biggest thieves of all.

Talk about regrets.In hindsight, $20,000 is a helluva lot cheaper for multiple lifetime access for me & my family than $500,000 losses gone with the liars and thieves of this world

I would rather not have to, not renew her lease, just to make the thieves stay away.

Selfish, self-centered, thieving ridiculousness.
