I've been in sales almost the last 2 years. about 20 Months,I just left my telecommunications sales job selling att/direct tv which was 100% comission and make about 37K.

As with any telecommunications installation, be present whenever technicians are working on your property.

Due to the way rural telecommunication providers are government subsidized, you may be surprised how good the service is. 

I'd suggest hiring a professional or really digging into this yourself.My background: over 8 years in environmental consulting (13-present), 6-7 yrs doing floodplain development permitting across the country for telecommunications, commercial real estate, and oil & gas.

A little about my background:BS in Business Administration from Old Dominion UniversityMS in Telecommunications Management Oklahoma State UniversityCurrent Senior Captain (Network Engineer) in the United States Army:  Expertise include Project Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics Management, Information Technology Management.  

It's still ongoing as they continue to update a lot of telecommunication laws and regulations. 

They make false marketing statements, violate telecommunications rules, broker real estate without a license, market real estate they don't own, etc.

The house was already rented to a telecommunications construction company that paid a higher rent for the flexibility of adjusting tenants they had in the area.

So happy that real estate transactions have been incorporating technology to always stay on the cutting edge of telecommunications.
