Never once did I cancel my membership though LOL!!! 

Chi Ta program offer 12-month membership for $10k with financing and help in getting first arbitrage from landlord.I'm about to sign up but wanted to do my due diligence I want to check with people here if this is legit and if the program is worth the money they as asking for.

I have the $20/mo "membership" for Chat too.

It was taking 8 weeks for septic permits and 4 months for surveys. 

As for the cost of the ticket I'm very sorry but I'm not able to help with anything membership payment or ticket related I just don't have access to any of that info but the support team should definitely be able to help with that question [email protected] I'm also attending Mometum so I look forward to seeing you there tomorrow!!

Should the buyer or seller pay for the survey?

I would certainly disclose the currently approved special assessments, but since any further financial obligations and project plans have not been voted on by the membership, approved in a budget, or secured in a loan; must I disclose the knowledge that the board is trending in that direction?

I have only 3 doors that I manage so not a big time player so wanted to start with some cheaper software and I heard on the podcasts that RentRedi was included in my pro membership so I signed up.  

Lenders tend to have different requirements.... some look for a required minimum membership interest and others look solely at direct benefit the signer receives which could be membership interest, fee etc.
