Hey @Eric Rich, you can absolutely get a credit card per subsidiary LLC.

I've gotten approval from a US bank by using my Canadian credit history- RBC Georgia NA  (a subsidiary from RBC Bank Canada).The loan terms are:-25% down-7.625% interest rate -7/6 ARM-30 year loan termI was wondering if any lenders out here on BP are willing to play game and see if they can beat this rate. 

If the goal is for asset protection then you would want to form a LLC and subsidiaries if you have more properties.

I thought the holding company would not conduct business but have subsidiaries of LLCs for each aspect of business or up to 1million in assets.

If the operating agreement for LLC A gives its managers the authority to conduct the affairs of its subsidiaries you might be fine.

I worked with a wholesaler that has a subsidiary lending company. 

You're going to have a very hard time competing at scale with the lender subsidiaries of national builders that have access to the capital markets.

I would like to know if the Alabama LLC must be created as a subsidiary of my WY LLC since the business address/registered agent is in WY or I have to use an AL registered agent to create the AL LLC that is going to own and manage the property.
