Splurge on a $500 model with a stronger exhaust, to avoid future repairs caused by excess moisture and mold. 

You shouldn't be afraid or ashamed to pull the trigger on a splurge or a luxury if you've done everything else right in your life.

I think I will have mostly weekend or long weekend stays and am planning to go all out on luxury targeting people in driving distance for stay-cations and splurge weekends so price point will be higher than most around which I am hoping will bridge the gap in higher occupancy.

I also agree the price was a bit high for the length and size but since i'm heading deep into this market i thought i'd splurge. i would have liked to see it more in the $400 range but cest la vie.

If your house or unit is high end or in an A class neighborhood you might have to splurge for something fancier.

I am hoping to do a flip next year, and I would love the opportunity that would give to splurge a bit more on design!
