They weren't the fully gutted/rehabbed properties Clayton so often talks about (and has a video of on his Facebook page of) on his podcast with his incredibly reasonable sounding and soothing voice.

The baby is probably sick /cold/hungry/lonely/etc and many first time parents dont know how to soothe a crying infant.

We need to be careful that we aren't simply trying to soothe our conscience by calling deals a win-win.  

eh, i was a bit irritable last night when i checked out this 3rd party.Although i'm grateful for all the responses, this doesn't sooth my concern that a 3rd party is getting cash at closing.

Also,I like a more soothing off white color like cream.If it's too bright it will look like a dentist's office and give people a headache.
