Has someone used them and what's your experience so far?

Most 4/2 houses in the area are renting for approximately $2200 and offer washer, dryer, and internet (which I think the builder provided for all new houses in that community).

I find that internet providers, like Comcast, tend to update their technology and offerings to better speeds as customers have higher usage demands.

Here is a list of states divided into three categories, based on my internet research.  

I'm currently building out a couple versions of my own, since the internet is not producing very many good ones.

@Daniel HymanThanks for the idea but another problem I have with using the government internet is a lot of things on websites don't work because of the firewall and network settings so when I try to apply for the account it just doesn't go to anything.

Was it questionable in 1992 when we had car phones and dial up internet?

Washer/dryer, internet etc.

If it can be used as a STR it's going to have septic, well water and need Starlink for internet.
