Long story short, we settled with one of our VIPs for $72k they put up a non refundable the same day.

Morris Invest has phone call slots available TOMORROW!  

It's been sent to the VVIP first, then the VIP, and when there were no takers, it goes out to the mass email list.

But one can buy a pearl every now and again I suppose kind of like playing the slots looking for that 100k payout :)

Parking slots, shared parking?

Another lady said he'll be done in 10 minutes and asked us to wait.  20 minutes later, we interrupted them to let them know we had to leave and to ask if we can reschedule, he gave us a bad attitude, just said he was there at 5pm at our scheduled time, indicating it was our fault that we missed our slot.  

It's only been a week, but what are my options if they do not return and the RV just sits in the slot? 

Most deals sent into a Facebook group are like fifth helpings and ones all investors on VIP list and email list have passed on.

In this case, he gave us ample notice to (most likely) fill that slot, however, I'd like to protect us in the future.

Its surging slot so if you time it right on the buy in (around 10800ish) and the sell (I believe in the next few days it'll steady out at 11300 based on trends last few weeks) it's not too far fetched to net 1000ish as you use the surges to your advantage.
