If their rudeness etc causes me to not be able to do my job (they yell at refuse to let me in when I've posted notice), then that's a violation for interfering with management duties, on top of the violations for disturbing their neighbors, housekeeping violations, failures to report maintenance, etc..

Yes, it needs to be your primary residence and you can only have one primary residence (where you live the majority of the time, get your mail, pay taxes, sleep at night, etc.).

I am going to sleep over at my bf's house at night and stay on campus or at a coffee shop or something during the day.

Most people like sleeping in on vacation, so we try to include blackout shades in the adult bedrooms.Bottom line, the post has some good insights.

I feel terrible walking away...but i was under incredible stress (not sleeping and eating like crap) trying to figure it out and make the quotes work by paring back finishes.

There’s almost zero chance someone is doing it on purpose unless they are running the water even while trying to sleep.

I once had a cabin in downtown Gatlinburg that had a small sleeping loft that was built out by Dolly Parton's brother back in the 1970s. 

I probably would have tried to come up with a way to do 2 bedroom so that we could sleep more.
