I just heard about someone else that has a lake house near Brighton and a home in Ann Arbor--they have both up for short-term rentals all the time, and they just shuttle between the two, depending on which one is booked.

There’s some new apartments directly in downtown which I’ve heard will have a shuttle going between there and Oakland which will be great for the students so they won’t NEED a car.

This property is also part of an HOA that provides a shuttle service for my guests to the beach along with a massive resort-style pool.

I personally stay on Disney properties so I can use their network of shuttle services.

I charge around 750-825/person right nowThis new company is building a 400 bedroom high rise in the same area. they are calling them luxury student apartments. these units range from 985-1500/bedroom but are completely brand new, all utilities included, furnished, gated parking, student shuttles, Gym, etc.My question is...HOW DO I PREPARE??? 

Disney has so many cool resort hotels that provide free shuttles to their parks.

With that said I think this year the school will be one of the few testing the self driving shuttle bus on campus. 

Retirees are doing odd jobs like boxing at Costco or driving a shuttle to the airport to make up that extra $1000 income gap.
