I know nothing about fixing houses and consider such knowledge beneath me, only fit for the menially-minded.

-Sauna-Hot Tub-Patio/courtyard (large cement tiles on crushed bluestone with lighting, natural gas line to bbq)-Secondary patio off primary suite-Losing sq feet in the primary bedroom to enlarge the bathroom-High grade cabinets-Appliances with cabinet fronts-High end appliances (Viking/Miele instead of GE Cafe)-Outdoor shower (teak box walls with a dry well beneath the footprint)-Wiring for Cat6 to every room-Wiring for surround speakers (or including the speakers that are built into the walls)-Sonos whole-home audio system-Hardwired cameras (with on-site storage) to the exterior of the house-Smart features: thermostats are a given, but how about light fixtures, switches, aromatherapy, fans ... anything else?

If it's pier and beam with a crawlspace like many Charleston homes, it's pretty straightforward to rewire from beneath without removing the drywall. 

The easiest thing to do is have a plumber open the ceiling beneath you to diagnose.

Do you need to stack or spread pine needles where the tents will be set for cushioning and insulation from the cold earth beneath?  

When they move they do not take these gauze like curtains with them, and they always seem to be falling down off of the windows or on the floor beneath the windows like they were torn down or something.

What appreciates is the land beneath the single family home.

Considering that then taxes and insurance were virtually nothing, it worked out to about a 15% annual ROI.Because I had a decent W2 job, I took every bit of that cash flow and saved it, along with money I was saving from living beneath my means (how I had saved the original $100k in the first place).

I think it is something that could be placed directly beneath the "awards" area.
