The time thing is mostly just my hours, I work 3rd shift 10 PM to 6 AM and have weekends off so my hours awake are very odd and depend on the day as I do tend to work overtime a lot.

It usually doesn't have a happy ending for those affected and/or inflicted by such.When the cards come tumbling down, the Pied Piper is often on to pumping the next big thing, while leaving a wake of stress and financial destruction behind.Long term, the Smokies are an EXCELLENT investment for most.  

Getting that tenant out before the point when they stop paying is a wake up call to them to find a unit that they can afford. 

Six months is along time to keep up the enthusiasm but real estate investment is about longevity and capitalizing on opportunity, so when coastal STR'S knock, successful STR investors are awake to answer. 

The USA is still the best country in the world for investing (and freedom) and I really have been around.In my opinion, for what it's worth, leaving the USA to invest in Spain would be like leaving a great party to go to a wake!

Of the 18-hours I'm awake each weekday, all but 1-to-1.5 of them are spoken for.

@Craig Ancier I was hit by a car while cycling at 30 years old, had a wake up call, and realized how poorly I was handling my finances.

And a lot of his replies were funny too which helped me stay awake as my eyes are now exhausted from reading all day.
