You can't resolve the issue unless you pay off the loan, the bank sends the property into foreclosure and your original seller sues you for breach of contract and ruining his credit.

@Bob Asad at our bank, we have an escrow account for security deposits, it is set up with sub-accounts for each tenant with their security deposit amount and their SSN.

Nothing you mention is "ordinary" and you should charge for all of it. dodged a bullet there thats a very good price take it from the security deposit and call yourself lucky.

IN these cases they took title sub to from the sellers .. ( but in the case your describing its the same thing you have a senior note as most investors will want security) they then sold on contract to buyers with small down payments and credit challenged or income challenged and they did about 30 of these in a year or so.. worked hard at it..
