Very difficult area to be a landlord.Tenant base is lifer tenants. very tough on the housestheft is rampant you leave a home vacant for more than a few days and you HVAC AC unit will take a walkKids break in and trash them.YAZOO Clay screws up the foundations big time.And lastly with those homes they were built so cheap in many instances they are just functionally obsolete and take way more maintenance than other areas of the country.

Was it indeed just locked, or did the latch mechanism fail, which often happens with bedroom sets that have plastic components in that mechanism; or did the screws that secure the latch into the door come loose, allowing the latch and/or the screws to prevent the door from opening...also not an uncommon event.

This way the wider outside lip contacts the entirety of the drywall while the wings are being deployed and tightened in place.Is there a way to pull the already wired, "old work" electrical boxes through the drywall cutouts from the inside out while not making the holes so big that the wider, outside lips of the electrical boxes can't properly provide contact to the drywall so it can be tightened via the screwed wings?
