I work in comp so I have no issues building my own but I'd prefer to simply use one that's already created.Finally, aside from reviewing prior projects on the company's website and scouring the internet for reviews, does anyone have any tips on how to select a given company?

I know because I was part of that measure, as I worked with Dr Without Borders getting N95 masks out as I scoured and found "hidden supplies" from various home services warehouses and got them out there into medical services circulation.

After scouring the market, I was able to get large builder financing and discount incentives that allowed me to buy the property at below retail price and get good financing terms.

But, after scouring Amazon and BP, it seems that resources for practical, updated, and detailed information about raw land investment is hard to come by.

You need the connections or manpower to scour the counties recorders offices for seller carry backs then build a data base of those.. then you have to try to skip trace or other methods to get to the Beneficiary of those notes.

I'm scouring the neighborhood for dog poop with bacon grease in tow when I get home.  

Great properties are everywhere, and it is in the end easier for us to partner with locals and split the profit, than it would be to send employees to scour your local area.

We are seeking guidance on a few key things about the market. 1) We've done a lot of research on the area and have been scouring MLS having trouble finding opportunities that will cash flow (the golden question, we know).

In my opinion, finding people that you can trust and build relationships with is a better use of time than scouring and trying to find the latest and hottest market.  

Increase the # of properties that you are underwriting by networking with wholesalers, scouring the MLS, and even going Direct to Seller yourself.
