I am looking for a virtual realty group in Washington State (I live in Seattle) to hang my license with that doesn't have any outrageous flat fees.I came across Summit Realty Group http://summitrealtygrp.com/They look like the perfect fit for me but as I do my research I have come across folks accusing the firm of withholding commissions and performing other scandalous activities.

Maybe all the robosigning scandals has slowed it down recently, who knows?

The things like libor scandal and whale trade to me make me think if I and every American quit putting our money into what they control maybe the corruption would be less if they had less money to play with. this isnt political its just where can I go with my money where it is safe but it will produce.

I, personally, would like to see how learning and investing in "Foreclosures" would be benefiting us as I see the trend currently being very overwhelming in this area due to the subprime loans scandal that exists.

I was avoiding WF due to their long list of scandals, but I should swallow my pride and try them out.

Instead of watching Clayton's podcasts, why don't you Google a few terms like "Clayton Morris Scandal" or "Clayton Morris Ripoff" and see if any interesting educational material pops up? 

In the wake of the bailouts and foreclosure scandals, robo-signings, etc why do we use these guys for our credit cards or banking needs at all?
